Cultured Foods Kefir Class

Spend your Saturday eating and learning to make cultured foods! We combine an inspiring afternoon of information with lessons on how to make kefir in multiple ways. You will get to take home your own jar of kefir. Then you’ll be making your own probiotics in a jar, saving you both money and time, plus learning how to keep your body well.

We’ll serve you delicious samples such as probiotic kefir sodas, kefir dips, kefir desserts, kefir cheeses, and a few more surprises. With a beautiful view of a lavender field that can’t be beat, it will be an experience you’ll never forget.
