Lavender Love Retreat

Connect with us in the hidden lavender fields for a day full of Yoga, Music, Reiki, organic locally-sourced food, and an Ayurvedic self-care workshop! Open for all levels - gather with like-minded individuals seeking to disconnect and take in the aromatic, energetic, healing powers of lavender. Yoga guided by Larry Melton and Abbey Jones with Reiki and hands-on adjustments by Margot Salido. Ayurveda Self-Care workshop also by Margot Salido. Live music provided by the talented Jesus Gonzales.

A delicious dinner with wine at sunset ends this perfect day!  
Lisa Hampton of Mindful Fitness has led 18 retreats at Keys Creek Lavender Farm since 2013 and has been leading yoga and mindful retreats internationally, including Paris, Tuscany and Provence.

Healing Trauma in Nature

Relax, re-wire, and heal in nature with the support of mindful somatic meditation practices. This 7-hour workshop is an opportunity to use nature and meditation to begin to explore working with and healing from past traumatic experiences. Through mindfulness nature meditations, somatic experiencing practices, teaching, journalling, community and support, you will have an opportunity to find greater connection to your Self. You will learn ways to cultivate a greater sense of peace, equanimity in the challenging times, and skills to integrate into your everyday life that will support your healing journey. Vegetarian lunch will be served. Bring sunscreen and comfortable clothing for walking and sitting. The center has a crystal-infused pool, so bring your swimsuit as well if you are interested in going for a swim.
