What are your hours of operation?
The Farm Store and Lavender Fields are open to the  public every Wednesday through Sunday in May and June from 10:00am-3:00pm.  The Private Residence and Special Event area are always off limits to our public visitors.  We ask that you please respect their privacy.

Take a peek inside Mrs Jones’ Tea House. Read the history behind this quaint little building.  Look inside, and imagine Mrs. Jones having tea with her friend.  Always be on your best behavior.  You never know when she might appear.

Can you explain your free tour?

We offer free tours at 10:30am and 1:30pm  every Saturday and Sunday in May and June. This “walk and talk” tour encircles the fields nearest our Farm Store.  It includes a viewing of the distillery and a discussion on how we distill our lavender plants into essential oil. We tell you about the different types of lavender that we grow on our property and the natural benefits of lavender. This walk includes steps and slight inclines, and may not suitable for those with significant mobility restrictions. No reservations are required. The tour starts at our Farm Store takes approximately 30-40 minutes.

Can I take pictures?
We invite amateurs to take photos of our lavender for their personal use ONLY.  Professional photographers are required to make arrangements in advance (fees apply). Contact us at events@kclfarm.com.
Is there any cost?
There is no cost for admission or parking or for the tours. We ask for a $5.00 donation per person to help us plant more lavender to support our bee campaign. Read about the Colony Collapse Disorder for additional information on how you can help. Our Farm Store has over 50 lavender products that include culinary goodies as well.   From time to time we hold Classes and Events that require a reservation and fee. Visit our Events page for more information.
How do I get there?
Please be sure to use our map and directions provided on our website.  GPS and MapQuest or any other online map services do not properly support our rural area.  Click here for our map and directions.
Are the lavender flowers in bloom?
Our peak bloom season is May and June.  We have over two dozen varieties of lavender on our Farm.  Each variety typically blooms at different times from May into July. Our largest field blooms around mid June.  Weather plays a part in timing,  but anytime during May and June is a great time to visit.
Do you have plants for sale?
In May and June we offer different varieties of lavender plants near our Farm Store.  Specific varieties may vary.
Do you offer private tours?
Yes we do!  Groups and Clubs can schedule a Private tour on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a Farm Docent.  Tour add on options include our Farm lunches, Lavender lemonade, Lavender scones, workshops, cooking classes, demonstrations and more.
